I wrote and recorded my first album shortly after high school, that was released in January of 2020. growing pains is an album about self-discovery, friendship, venturing into adulthood and navigating through anxieties, doubts and dreams.

A few months after the release of my debut album, I released an EP. This time much shorter than the first, and is arguably a little more polished. the tangled knot is about some of the lower points of 2019. For me it is an extention of growing pains and explores similar themes of going down a somewhat unconventional route.

My latest song is called wishing for rain and it's about wishing for an alternative, a moment of refreshment or clarity. It's overwhelming to have so much choice, yet the pandemic adds on a layer of limitation. It's about letting go of the expectation to be somewhere or doing something all the time.
